- ・Do I have the internet access in my room?
All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi. Just bring your own smartphones and/or PCs.
- ・Does the room rate include breakfasts?
Complimentary continental breakfast (self-service) is available at our rooftop Sky Garden Terrace. (07:15～09:30).
- ・Do you have beach towels?
Yes. Please request at the reception.
- ・Is the airport shuttle available?
Yes. The fee is $30 for one way and $60 for a round trip per car. Max 3 adults per car. (*Our airport shuttle is available for late night/early morning flights!)
- ・Do you have a smoking room?
All rooms are non-smoking, but you can smoke at the balcony. Please make sure to use the ashtray placed at the balcony.
- ・How far is the hotel from the airport?
20 minutes by car. We recommend you to book our airport shuttle. No public bus service available to downtown and you have to call and wait in order to take a cab, so you should arrange the transportation to the hotel in advance.

We have 12 rooms in total. Our guest rooms are located on the second and the third floors of the three-story building.
- ・How many types of room do you have?
You can choose from 2 types of rooms. We have Superior (Twin) with standard occupancy of 2 guests and Deluxe (Triple) with standard occupancy of 3 guests.
- ・What is the max number of guests to stay in a room?
In a Superior with standard occupancy of 2 guests, up to 3 adults can stay with the use of 1 extra bed. The maximum occupancy including 2 small children sharing beds (12 years old or under) is 5. In a Deluxe with standard occupancy of 3 guests, up to 4 adults can stay with the use of 1 extra bed. The maximum occupancy including 3 small children sharing beds is 7.
- ・When was this hotel founded?
We had our grand opening in January, 2016.

Please book your room at the Reservation Section in this website. You can also ask questions from this section if you need to clarify anything. Please feel free to contact.
- ・Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we do. (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club, DISCOVER)
- ・What time can I check-in and what time do I have to check-out?
Check-in: 15:00, Check-out: 12:00 (noon)
- ・Do you charge any cancellation fee?
We will charge 50% of the total price as the cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation after 30 days prior to the expected day of arrival.If case you do not check-in without prior notice (no show), 100% of the total price will be charged to you as the cancellation fee.
